Direct contractor relationship
You sign with the agency, not with us. We do not take a cut of your monthly pay. The placement fee is paid by the agency to us, separately, once.
USD pay via Deel, Wise, or Payoneer
The agency pays you in USD on a schedule you set with them. Most operators in our network use Deel or Wise for clean tax handling.
Real US agency clients
The agencies we work with are doing real revenue, mostly cold email, paid ads, SEO, and SMMA. Not random projects from Upwork.
